LOCAL ENTERPRISE OFFICE GALWAY is delighted to offer a free LEAN FOR BUSINESS half day workshop for clients interested in the LEAN FOR BUSINESS PROGRAMME, in particular, small and medium businesses that would benefit greatly from the very substantial improvements in productivity and profitability that can result from the application of lean principles and techniques.

WHAT IS LEAN ?
Lean is about being effective and efficient – doing things quicker, better, cheaper…..together. Lean strives to stamp out waste and to continually improve. This workshop is for owners, managers, and staff of small and medium businesses across a variety of sectors who wish to gain an introduction to lean concepts.
Selected clients can gain a practical understanding of Lean by undertaking a short, focused in-company project with mentoring support over a 3-month period.
